Hotel Rates and Supplements
The tariff below gives a clear baseline for comparing room categories and dates. Each price is per room per night, not per person, and includes breakfast for the room's permitted booked occupants. Friday and Saturday nights use the weekend column; Sunday uses the Sunday-to-Thursday rate. There is no additional seasonal uplift in this controlled tariff. Named packages have their own published totals and must not be constructed by silently combining unrelated discounts.
Visitor information
- Classic Double tariff
- A Classic Double costs £125 Sunday to Thursday or £155 on Friday and Saturday. The price includes breakfast for up to two adults and the standard resident leisure access, subject to age and opening rules.
- Classic Twin tariff
- A Classic Twin costs £125 Sunday to Thursday or £155 on Friday and Saturday. The tariff is the same as the Classic Double, but the beds and permitted occupancy are those described on the Bedrooms page.
- Family tariff
- A Family room costs £165 Sunday to Thursday or £195 on Friday and Saturday, including breakfast for up to two adults and two children aged 0–15. There is no extra child breakfast supplement within that occupancy.
- Suite tariff
- A Garden Suite costs £210 Sunday to Thursday or £250 on Friday and Saturday. An under-three infant in an approved cot stays without a nightly supplement, within the suite's occupancy limit.
- Accessible tariff
- An Accessible Double costs £125 Sunday to Thursday or £155 on Friday and Saturday, including breakfast for up to two adults. It is not priced as a suite and has no accessibility surcharge.
- Single occupancy
- A Classic Double or Classic Twin booked for one adult has a £15 per-night discount from its normal room tariff. The discount does not apply to Family rooms, Garden Suites, Accessible Doubles or named packages.
- Advance saver
- An Advance Saver booking made at least 21 days before arrival gives 10% off the standard room tariff. It is fully prepaid, non-refundable and cannot combine with single-occupancy discounts, packages or event allocations.
- Public holidays
- Bank holidays use the rate for the actual night of the week. The tariff has no additional bank-holiday surcharge; Christmas Day dining arrangements still differ from normal restaurant service.
