Health Club Membership
Choose a membership based on when you want to train, not just the monthly amount. Peak and Off-Peak adult memberships include the same types of facilities but have different entry windows. Junior Swim is a pool product and must not be represented as a gym membership. Membership is personal to the named holder and does not include unlimited guest visits. Hotel stays, golf fees and spa treatments are separate purchases.

- Peak price
- Peak health membership costs £79 per month with a £40 joining fee and a three-month initial term. It includes gym, pool, age-eligible sauna and steam-room access, and adult classes during normal facility hours.
- Off-Peak price
- Off-Peak health membership costs £59 per month with a £40 joining fee and a three-month initial term. Access is Monday to Friday 09:00–16:00 only, including weekday bank holidays; it does not include evenings or weekends.
- Junior Swim
- Junior Swim for ages 3–15 costs £19 per month with no joining fee and a one-month initial term. It covers pool use in child swimming windows, subject to supervision, not gym access, Teen Circuit or heat facilities.
- Annual option
- Peak costs £869 upfront for twelve months and Off-Peak £649 upfront, plus the same £40 joining fee for new members. Annual prepayment is a twelve-month commitment, not a monthly cancellation product.
- Minimum age
- Peak and Off-Peak membership start at age 16. Members aged 16 or 17 may use the gym after induction and the pool, but must wait until 18 to use the sauna, steam room or spa treatments.
- Cancellation notice
- After the initial term, give 30 calendar days' written notice. Notice may be submitted during the initial term but cannot end membership before that term finishes. Stopping a payment instruction alone is not a cancellation request.
- Membership freeze
- After the initial term, monthly adult health memberships may be frozen for one or two whole months per rolling twelve months, at £10 per frozen month with 14 days' notice. No facility access is included while frozen.
- Guest passes
- Each adult health member receives two single-visit adult guest passes per membership year. Guests must pre-book, comply with capacity and age rules, and attend with the member. Passes do not include classes or treatments.
