Tee Booking and Golf Cancellations
A tee-time request becomes confirmed only when the golf team issues a booking reference and confirms any required payment. This demonstration has no live booking calendar, so it cannot indicate whether a slot is free today or tomorrow. Please use the course pages to check eligibility before requesting a time. The cancellation rules here apply to standard visitor rounds; society days and hotel golf breaks have their own terms on their package pages.
Visitor information
- Advance window
- Visitors can book up to seven calendar days ahead, while golf members have a 14-day window. A visitor cannot gain the member window simply by dining or staying at the hotel.
- Group size
- Each tee time accommodates one to four players. Groups larger than four require multiple tee times or a society arrangement. Starting intervals are ten minutes on both courses.
- Visitor payment
- Standard visitor green fees are payable in full when the booking is confirmed. A request without confirmation and payment is not a held tee time. No payment is collected by this demonstration site.
- Standard cancellation
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full green-fee refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows receive no refund unless the club itself closes the course.
- Official course closure
- If the club closes the booked course before play begins, visitors may choose a full green-fee refund or credit valid for six months. Rain alone does not count as an official closure while the course remains open.
- Late arrival
- A player arriving after their start may be moved only if another suitable slot is available. There is no guaranteed replacement slot, and a missed start is treated as a no-show if the team cannot accommodate it.
- Live conditions
- No. This site has no live course-status feed, weather feed or tee sheet. Same-day opening, buggy restrictions and availability require confirmation from the golf team rather than inference from normal hours.
