Opening Hours
Different facilities open at different times. Reception hours are not tee-time availability, and an open hotel does not mean that every leisure facility is staffed overnight. The normal weekly timetable below applies throughout the published policy year except for the specific Christmas and New Year exceptions. Outdoor facilities may close in unsafe conditions. This page is a published timetable, not a live status service; same-day course conditions and last-minute maintenance must be checked with the relevant team.
Visitor information
- Reception
- Main reception opens Monday to Friday 06:30–22:00 and Saturday and Sunday 07:00–21:00. Hotel residents can reach the overnight duty team outside these hours, but the public leisure desk is closed.
- Golf desk
- The golf desk and shop open daily 07:00–18:00 from April to September and 08:00–16:00 from October to March. Course starting times are governed separately by daylight and the Tee Booking policy.
- Gym and pool
- The gym and pool open Monday to Friday 06:30–21:30 and weekends 07:00–20:30. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing. Pool sessions for children have shorter permitted windows on the Pool page.
- Range
- The driving range opens Monday to Saturday 08:00–21:00 and Sunday 08:00–19:00. Last ball sales are 30 minutes before closing. Range hours do not extend the opening hours of the golf shop.
- Restaurant and bar
- Breakfast is served daily 07:00–10:00; lunch 12:00–14:30; dinner Monday to Saturday 18:00–21:00 and Sunday 18:00–20:00. The lounge bar opens daily 11:00–22:30; kitchen service ends at the stated meal times.
- Spa treatments
- Treatment appointments are offered Tuesday to Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–18:00 and Sunday 10:00–16:00. Treatments are unavailable on Mondays; hotel leisure access does not include a treatment appointment.
- Christmas exceptions
- On 25 December 2026 the golf courses, range, gym, pool and spa are closed. Hotel resident support operates all day. Breakfast runs 08:00–10:00 and pre-booked Christmas lunch 12:30–15:30; there is no normal lunch or dinner service.
- New Year exception
- On 1 January 2027 the gym and pool open 09:00–18:00 with last entry at 17:15. The usual child swimming windows are replaced that day by 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00. Other facilities use their normal Friday hours.
